5. I feel for you brother

Mine spread to the bone not the lungs. I’ve had one round of chemotherapy and an implant to drop my testosterone to zero. This has worked well for me as this was four years ago. The chemo
really rung me out but did not make me “sick”. The implant reduced stamina and my libido. But I can live with that. Stay strong.
