My sponsor almost always tells me to pray about it and see what my gut tells me and to help a newcomer and then call her. It always works on the resentment.

Btw, I do 90 and 90 occasionally when I’m having tough times. I don’t count just consecutive days but any recovery meetings and online meetings.
