My adult daughter's plan was going to go from $40 a month including the vision and dental portions to over $350, but she also decided to change from an HMO to a PPO plan given the drastic difference in copays/deductibles/out-of-pocket maximums, so it's going to be more like $500 and some change every month. She is self-employed and has no other option. I am angry and frustrated there's nothing I can do to help her.
