But so do you, irisblue. Don't let anyone shame you or make you feel badly about yourself. Depression is a horrible illness. From blue to the darkest black, it incapacitates and terrifies.

I don't have answers, but I do have a lot of understanding and empathy. I hope you feel better as soon as possible.
