Furthermore, it is not misleading; perhaps you misunderstood it. He IS blowing the lies of conservatives (and not so conservative persons) "out of the water". It is nothing more than a quicky headline, but it was pretty obvious it was about the current piles of bills flooding 38 states.

And just in case, this is the LGBT GROUP. This is the only time I will say it.
