for Israel to respond to "perceived" threats? Such as when a music festival is shot up, along with surrounding kibbutzim. If I lived there, I think I would "perceive" a threat when my family/neighbors were massacred.

Yes we have many Jewish groups in Pittsburgh and I have several friends and neighbors of the Jewish faith
