No Sherman everybody knows if you are the "chair" of something that means there are multiple parties and common parlance calls that a group or a committee. If they have a specific charge of duties they can also sometimes be referred to as a commission. But tell me Sherman who is having such a difficult time understanding this basic concept? Never mind Mr. Peabody. It is best thought of as an inscrutable mystery.
