doesn't matter whether a UK court agrees or not. Israel has argued that because it is not a member state of the ICC that they don't have jurisdiction. They lost that argument long ago. The ICJ also heard the same argument and Israel lost there also. She is harping a line that goes nowhere. The US harps a similar line. But amazingly these same people have no problem claiming the ICC has no jurisdiction claim it does or doesn't selectively depending on whose ox is being gored.

The TALK is the British equivalent of Fox and so I give it the same credibility.
