I don't consider them to be very trust worthy. They have lied numerous times about their actions in Gaza. For example, when they "mistakenly", but repeatedly struck a convoy of relief workers from Chef Andres' kitchen.

I would find they man's testimony more convincing if it was given in the presence of independent journalists, which can be hard to find in Gaza since the IDF has been busy keeping out those that want get in, and shooting those already there.
