Their depredations on Palestinians in the West Bank have being going on for years, with many stories of deliberate humiliations intended to cause Palestinians to react so they can attack and possibly kill them, including children. A couple of months ago, they shot an 8-year-old in the back of the head as he was running from them. He was no threat. They just murdered him because they can do so with impunity. They attack refugee camps there almost nightly not because there is unrest but because they can. Some time ago, David Ignatius reported on the daily persecution of West Bank Palestinians by the IDF.
