Denying building-permits to Palestinians?
Confiscating palestinian land with the excuse that they don't have the appropriate ownership-titles, when such documents DIDN'T EXIST IN GENERAL in Palestine before the state Israel was founded?

Does this count as "efforts to impose its own solution?"
