4. The truth of the matter is

despite the great efforts put in to support Israel the support is fading..

To be frank, a part from the Jewish community and a a portion of the American community...the whole rest of the world has more empathy for the Palestinians than for the Israelis and I think settlements have a lot to do with it..

Every time I hear a justification its either that settlements aren't increasing they are just consolidating..Well they are consolidating in a way that the Palestinian land looks more like Emmental (but more like the holes in the Emmental than the chess part).

Or if its not consolidation its about the biblical land right. Im sorry but for most of us its laughable. Its like if the wisigoths claimed France and the Delawares claimed Manhattan.

My mother's biggest dream post the war was to join a Kibboutz..She was totally pro Israeli..She now believes that the Israelis are really the ones who have never wanted peace and always looked to use their military superiority to make unreasonable demands..

Im not saying she is right..I m saying Israel is losing the communication war..Whether it is right or wrong is another question.
