that reopens international waters with all countries respecting maritime law governing them and the free flow of trade to all ports (yeah, including Iranian ports), Dubai might sputter on for a while but in a greatly diminished form. Dubai is about the most artificial city on the planet, and that's saying a lot. Without those petrodollars coming in, there is no way it can go on in its present form.

Oh, and the Palm Islands? They are sinking and that's before the drones started flying in.
