and 2. what people are willing to do to targets because they have goals which can be different from old school.

translating:

previously untouchable military or civilian can be a target with weapons that are not missiles or bullets or artillery. drones of various kinds are in use and changing, such as robot dogs. mine warfare is another… as i think of venezuela

its a good thing i am not a weapons maker
