The ones in 1999 when the FSB killed 307 people to boost his approval ratings? The time he ordered the poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko? The time his armed forces killed more hostages than terrorists did? The time his proxies blew up MH17? The death of Sergei Magnitsky? The time he blew off warnings that ISIS was going to shoot up Crocus?
