Could be a prop failure (propeller going into beta or “reverse”), like the crash in Georgia a while back than killed former US Senator John Tower of Texas .. or a more recent crash of an ATR-72 in Pakistan. Few things cause such a total loss of control as displayed in the video .. but a propeller failure on one side could cause a catastrophic thrust asymmetry, and total loss of control of the aircraft.

Another possible is airframe icing (it is winter in that part of the world). The ATR-72 has a very bad history with respect to icing related issues.
