3. Some egg replacers work okay for one egg, but not two.

Have you baked anything using AF to replace two eggs? In the muffin recipe, I used aquafaba to replace one egg, & the applesauce & baking powder to replace the other egg.

I am still amazed at the results. I would not have guessed these muffins were made without eggs.
