I stay motivated by watching many docu-series that re-enforce this lifestyle (so much is now streaming so you can watch with others) or tune into Zoom panel discussions and webinars as well. You can learn a lot about the benefits of this way of eating. I tried it with this one for almost a half a year. DH wanted to have his meats in the end, so...

https://cleanfooddirtygirl.com/ - meal plan, shopping lists, recipes, encouragement of a private group in social media without judgment and lots of hints for continued successful transition and not much dough needed to subscribe. The foods aren't just for ladies, hahaha.

The prepping was the hardest part for me - I hate chopping! Neither was there a healthy reduction in the food budget, buying all organic and their SOS philosophy (no sugar, oil, or salts) if you are ready for that commitment. If that's not a problem, you will enjoy the tasty recipes. I stuck with the organics as much as I can find and buy very little processed foods now but added much smaller portions of local grass-fed, pasture raised, or wild caught meat proteins and switched to organic whole grains or nut flours for baking and some cooking applications. Also no longer use vegetable/Canola oil; pretty much stick with olive and avocado oils for saute and salads. I like the flavor of Himalayan and sea salts and use sparingly with various garden herbs and quality organic spices. I learned to make plant-based yogurts (very easy in Instantpot and a few kitchen tools/containers), but dairy products are definitely my challenge.

Just small changes made over time can help your dietary choices; you don't have to pass/fail this! You will feel a healthier glow and perhaps even meet a weight loss goal. You may even be lucky enough to reduce your need for some medications - all good reasons to continue to try one day at a time! I endorse this even though I'm not particularly successful - YET!
