4. needs more than a sentance

ANYTIME a child of any age is caught abusing animals the sentence needs to be intense mandatory therapy because those are the people who if they do not get help are going to be doing it to other humans in the future. It has been recorded over and over that people who hurt others did it to animals in the beginning. Both of those children need to have therapy. I have this vision of this boy being an angry teenager and out on Halloween one night with his friends and sees some kid dressed up as a cat and you draw your own conclusion.
