The third pic looks like a loaf of german Fleischkäse (a sort of meatloaf made from very finely minced meat).

Taste is debatable (fry it and but some sauce on it and anything is edible), but what really turns me off is that behind a crunchy crust these meat-surrogates don't have the chewy fibers and textures of meat.
