since I had to forgo my beloved Boca Burgers because of the gluten in them.

The only other burgers I ever liked were Sun Burgers back in the 70s, made from okara.

Everything else has been texturally challenged (musharama), and for that I'll use my own recipes that start off with brown lentils.
