Vegetarian, Vegan and Animal Rights

I've been buying their sliced 'singles' (rounds separated by paper) and then making grilled cheese sandwiches with them. The big difference between one made with 'real' cheese is that the Daiya cheese doesn't solidify nearly as quickly. It remains gooey and hot much longer.

Thanks for the review on the burger patty. I don't buy any of them much any more, though it's good to know what to stay away from should I find myself trying something new
