A friend sent me this vid of Dr. Michael Gregor on 'How to Avoid Death' and I have to say he persuaded me to go vegan.

There are a few popup-y things so you may have a better link for this vid. It's pretty dang persuasive, with evidence of the benefits of releasing meat and animal based foods to prevent 14 of the top 15 causes of death in the US.

I went to Costco today and now see my week's purchases will need to go to a shelter or other use.

This is my second go round, last was for 6 years ending a few decades ago.

Climate, cruelty, health, all support this change. Wish me luck, please, and thank you for the recipes should you post any.
