2. What about the old Penn Station across Ninth Ave.?

There is plenty of room to relocate the post office that now occupies it. And Cablevision (owners of the Rangers and Knicks) has ben pushing for a new MSG in the Hudson Yards area over by 11th in the thirties, which just got a subway station.
