I can just imagine the NIMBYs at work. 
Fortunately, there is el transit throughout the Windy City. Even the 'burbs could do TOD around Metra.
Sending this along to my friend there who works at the independent living center there, one of the finest in the land. Affordable, accessible housing is an essential component of TOD.
