Yesterday

I live near Sanford, MI) best little city by a dam site).
New Dam just now finished and re-filling Sanford Lake, 6 years after the catastrophic floods of 2020. Homeowners on lake picked up a $2400/ year 40 year assessment. 3 more lakes to refill, maybe.
