8. Some things about EV's

I'm pretty sure current research is showing that over 90% of EV owners will buy another EV when the time comes to replace the one they own.

Batteries comprise about 1/3 the cost of an EV. They are getting better and cheaper so EV's will be doing what ICE cars won't - get cheaper and the range will also improve. BYD is showing 600 mile range and 10 minutes to go from 20% to 80% on the battery on prototypes.

On my Model Y, I really like the regenerative braking (dramatically reducing brake dust and the need for a costly brake job) and starting out every day with a full 'tank'.

And of course, you can do something with an EV that you can't do with an ICE vehicle - buy solar panels and make your own energy.
