It is truly stunning how any decent, sensible, and caring human could be against the Biden rule.

To be against it is to be in favor of, or at very least not caring if, toxic waste from closed coal plants leaks into and contaminates groundwater with mercury and arsenic thus requiring mitigation if possible and detected in time to prevent human contamination which is unlikely.

It is hard to believe that the citizens of Kentucky would be on the side of the power company but given it is an action from the dread Democrats then I guess anything is possible in order to 'give it to the libs'.

It hurts my head trying to comprehend this situation.
