And it’s horrible. But are you proposing that Louisiana monitor the internet, or provide protection to anyone in the state who receives a threat? Those are both nonsense. I’m trying to understand what you think the state of Louisiana could do in this instance. Hate speech largely isn’t a criminal act in the US.
