If any business decides that they can just ignore their workers and demand that they be good little wage slaves or lese, give them 'or else'. Walk out en masse. Make sure the owners understand that there are only so many people in the US and they will run out of grunts soon enough.

WE have the power. We are the ones making them rich. We are the ones who are letting them behave in this manner. We have to stop them. That means not bending to them in any way. The simple fact is this: If we don't keep on doing the work, the rich people will learn that they are not rich without us. They will try anything to keep the status quo and we should be ready to not let them bully us into being less than human. Which will include not letting them control the narrative.
