probably elsewhere), conservation measures are underway by literally millions of people, businesses, and plus, we have a whole new generation of electric cars, and other modes of transportation. Of course, the %s aren't as good as we like, but still. After a little pain (or a lot of pain for some), the markets will react as they usually do (supply and demand) and prices/supplies will adjust accordingly.
