This coffee snob buys fair trade coffee only, unless I'm at a restaurant or some place where I can't choose. I pay about $0.85 -$1.50 more/lbs and I am fine with that. I mail order it from a friend who is a roaster and ONLY uses fair trade beans. I will pay a little more to know that I am not contributing to horrid conditions for those who produce my morning luxury.
