Everybody is naked underneath their clothes. If the guy was really hot I'd probably bring out a lawn chair and watch him do his yard work; if not, I'd just ignore him the way I do some other less attractive features of the neighborhood. Children aren't going to be traumatized or warped for life by seeing a naked guy.
