Disorderly conduct: Noble Road
At 4:45 a.m. March 6, police were called for a second time that morning to an apartment where neighbors had argued. Dispatch informed officers on the second call that a male suspect had kicked in the male caller’s door and had a knife.
On the scene, officers spoke with one of the men. He was highly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. The man held a switchblade knife and was shouting that he was sick of his neighbor. He said his neighbor had kicked in his door because he was high on crack cocaine and was jealous of his girlfriend.
The neighbor was also highly intoxicated, had bloodshot eyes and was yelling back at the other man. He had difficulty standing and was flailing about.
Neither man would stop shouting and threatening the other. It was found that both had tried to kick in the other’s door.
Both men were charged with disorderly conduct.
