But what are the odds of anyone suddenly becoming a good citizen when faced with disposing of his/her drugs? Seems they'd only be doing it to avoid getting caught in possession of the drugs in the first place.

For everyone else it must be pretty frightening to imagine a methed up alligator coming after you.
