Here is why...330,000,000 living here. Insufficient mental health programs and facilities. Poor programs for those without medical care..etc, etc, etc. YOu know, it doesn't look like 330,000,000 living here and there. But there are.. They population is spread out over a very large area. Therefore, it does not look like a whole lot. But it is. I thought that this was in Florida, but California will do.
