1. What is weird about this is flour. It is eggs that are usually the problem with eating cookie dough.

Unfortunately raw eggs and chicken are often carriers of salmonella. E-Coli in the flour is a new one on me. Eat raw cookie dough at your own risk. The Salmonella danger in raw eggs has been around for at least 20 years. This is the result of modern American agriculture processes.
