Luke Gatti was repeatedly asked to leave university's Union Street Market
But the drunk student refused and hurled abuse at the manager instead
He is then taken down by a chef who pins him down until police arrive
Gatti has been charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass and will appear in court on October 13
A UConn spokesman told Daily Mail Online he could also face expulsion
Gatti was arrested twice in similar circumstances while he was a student at the University of Massachusetts last year
