Help with Intel-based 13 inch 2020 Macbook Pro [View all]

Any advice appreciated... I'm traveling at the moment and working while I do so, and suddenly find my Mac won't charge. None of the 4 USB-C ports are working and despite my attempts to Google ideas for assistance, none of the suggestions work (and pretty much all the websites that offer help say the same thing, including "turn it off and on again" and "take it to your local Apple dealer." I know it is not the charging brick as the brick can provide power to other things, nor is it the cord. Anyone with a similar experience and if so how did you resolve it? Thanks!
