15. Spectrum uses Verizon's network. A lot of providers do that.

Since I had cellular internet (YUCK) for a long time, I got behind in updates, so some things work in that magic manner (taking phone calls on an iPad? Goodness) and others don't. I will catch up over time. Of course, some devices are dead-ended, like the iPad ONE.

But I got it to read books and music scores, and it still does that. Without distraction, mind you.

I don't go for the doorbells, thermostats and such. They spy too much for my taste, and you can find some privacy-centric articles that I have posted. But that's just me.

With the wired internet, the familiar Verizon "three bars, two bars, No Service" doesn't bother me when I am at home. And I live on a ridge, where I can see three giant cell tower farms in my line of sight.

The second miracle of modern technology is how an ideal situation like that can be so crappy.
