You may have accidentally clicked 'Hide'

1) Hover your cursor over the words 'ON MY MAC' or if you were using them over 'SMART MAILBOXES'
2) The word 'Show' should appear to the right of those words
3) Click 'Show' and hopefully your folders should show up underneath

When not hidden, the invisible word will be 'Hide.'
