What is this alert about? [View all]

I have been seeing a little alert pop up when I turn on my computer and a couple of times afterward and I am suspicious about it.

Alert reads:

AMDRSServ.exe cannot proceed because OpenCL.dll was not found.

And it started showing up after an Ai program tried to load through my PDF reader which keeps trying to get me to open some Ai feature or app. I'm still on WIN10 and have no desire for the upgrade to WIN11 anytime soon on this computer. I have no desire to engage with Ai either and I suspect this alert originates from one of those things but I am not certain.

Anybody know what this is and how to get rid of it? I use a cleanup program whenever I boot up, go on or offline, and prior to shut down to clear all interweb clingons and it does not clear it as it has an exe suffix which concerns me.

Any ideas/help would be welcome.

Thanks!
