I started saving artwork and text in Word and now can't find it. [View all]

It was here and then it wasn't. What could I have done to make it unfindable now?

I thought it was saved to a Word file and now I can't find it. I don't know how I got the right place in Word. I don't think I did anything to find that place.

Need help as I don't want to recreate it.
