Unplug router. Wait a few seconds and plug back in. Wait for it to reboot and try again. I’m assuming it’s a wireless router as well as a broadband modem. Isolate the problem. Obviously, your computer is having the problem. Try another device… your phone, tablet, or a friend’s computer to see if you have the same problem.
