I got it installed, after a little bit of trouble. There was a conflict with the All-In-One SEO Pack plugin. But I deactivated All-In-One, then Reactivated it, and now the Follow button works in the lower lefthand corner. I wish it was more prominent, but anyway...

The question I have is whether it send confirmation emails. I'm a little concerned about spammers using it to send email via our blog. Or some way to unsubscribe in the email they receive?

I haven't seen the email it sends yet, and can't write a test blog because I'm afraid other notifications will be sent about any test posts.
