Election Reform

Hello Peace Patriot -- I apologize that this is off-topic for this thread. Im in Wisconsin, where our fascist governor and RW-controlled legislature plan to ram a bill through tomorrow that decimates voter rights and also takes a few whacks at laws that pertain to election integrity (oxymoron at this point I know).

In complaince with HAVA , our municipalities are divided into Wards containing 1000 people. Can you think of, or do you know of, a way this neat division might benefit the fascist regime?
