It is almost, if not, always an R voter who is caught doing this. And the smarter psychotic R's in charge know it. Trump himself encouraged it (because Dems do it!).

I would not put it past them to dissolve any ability to find or catch double voters, and then on the other hand actually recruit and foster the idea of good patriotic Americans must save America by making sure Donald wins by any means necessary.
