are not allowed to keep guns off campus and out of classrooms, even if the students and faculty vote overwhelmingly to bar guns, as happened at the University of Texas at Austin.

The Texas legislature is even worse than our US Congress. It's good to see Texans forming Resist Movements and giving Repubs hell.
