2. I saw it on the tv. The first responders have had to go out and evacuate

the area. It is near a hotel. I don't know if they have had to evacuate too. Last thing you need in a category 2 is your first responders out in the weather because a crane breaks in several places in a new highrise. An ambulance driver was killed in Halifax's last hurricane as a tree toppled onto his ambulance as he waited for calls. Halifax is a rock in many places with big old shallow rooted trees in the South end where this is. I was there for hurricane Juan. That was a 3. But still worrysome today.
