The market for Wyoming coal is flat to declining and they want a cheap port to send coal overseas. California, Oregon and Washington won't have it. Now Trump has basically started a tariff war with Canada. This is great. Too bad Trudeau won't levy a tax on tar sands oil. His speech to Houston oil refinery executives proves that will not happen.
